You can use ZeroPoint without an account, but to unlock all features, tap the profile icon and select "Create Account." You'll need to provide an email address and create a password. You can also sign in with Apple or Google for faster setup.
Free users can track sessions with data stored locally on their device. Pro subscribers get cloud backup and sync, unlimited storage, advanced statistics, and all future Pro features. Your data is always yours - we never sell it.
Subscriptions are managed through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions on Android. You'll retain Pro features until the end of your billing period.
Your cloud data is retained for 30 days after your subscription ends. During this time, you can re-subscribe to restore full access. After 30 days, cloud data may be deleted, but any data stored locally on your device will remain.
Go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Export Data. You can export your sessions, firearms, and other data in a portable format. This feature is available to all users.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data from our servers. This action cannot be undone. Make sure to export any data you want to keep first.
First, try force-closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. If problems continue, please email us at support@zeropointlog.com with details about what you were doing when the crash occurred.
